Personal Injury Claim Awarded £16,000

A teenager was injured in a Road Traffic Accident when she was front seat passenger on 23/02/17. Issues on liability and Motors Insurers Bureau were involved.

A report was obtained from Keith Barnes, orthopaedic surgeon, which gave recovery period of 12 months post-accident from injuries to pubic rami fracture and multiple undisplaced pelvic fractures. Settlement achieved within 18 months of injury with claimant receiving nearly £16,000 in compensation plus costs.
